COVID-19 Updates

Hello to our wonderful customers! We are very grateful to those who have continued to show much love and support for our business here at Pearls Boba and Shaved Ice. We have made several changes to our business including adjusted hours and had to limit certain items off our menu.

We will unfortunately no longer be serving any dine-in guests and only allowing immediate to-go or pick-up orders. Any orders with more than 4 items or food is recommended to call ahead of time for efficiency.

We have discontinued our musubis along with the lunch special but still serve our hot popcorn chicken, french fries, and sweet potato fries. Again, it is strongly recommended and appreciated if you would call ahead of time if you plan on ordering food.

We have adjusted our business hours to opening at 9:00AM and closing at 9:00PM every day until further notice.

Please continue to practice social distancing with following our blue-taped guided “x-marks” on our entrance floors and using the sanitizer provided. It is strongly recommended to use touchless payment such as chip card as well.

Please be patient and understanding of our employees. We are risking our health as well to serve our community and provide milk teas and food for all to enjoy. We are being extra extra EXTRA careful in how we handle your milk teas and drinks so again, please be understanding if it takes a bit longer than usual.
